Amnesea is the perfect place for a family holiday, or is an ideal retreat for a group of friends wishing to spend time together with the privacy of your own bedroom and bathroom facilities. The property is light, airy and spacious. The large kitchen dining area and outdoor space is perfect for socialising and spending time together.
Amnesea is a pet and smoke free, three bedroom detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the centre of Wells Next the Sea. Perfect for holidays any time of the year. Recently refurbished, all bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and there is a new large kitchen dining area overlooking the secure shingle garden.
Kitchen/Diner
The Kitchen/diner is brand new and includes dual fuel cooker, microwave and a dishwasher. If you are staying in the winter, under floor heating is available to keep your feet warm. The dining area is attached to the kitchen in a lovely big airy space with French doors overlooking the garden. Best of all there is a telly on the wall!
Comfortable and Cosy Lounge
The separate lounge is nice and snug with comfortable settees and a Smart TV. The bookcase houses lots of information about activities in the local area and also a small range of books in case you forget your own. The property has Wifi throughout for those who cannot live without it.
Three Ensuite Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. Two bedrooms have king size beds and one has two singles. One of the King bedrooms is downstairs, so if you, like ourselves, have family members who don't like stairs, it's ideal.
Other Facilities
There is a large, secure shingle garden to the side of the house which is ideal for playing and entertaining. A range of garden furniture allows you to dine al fresco and to relax and enjoy leisurely breakfasts in the sunshine.
The garage also houses a range of beach and crabbing equipment for your use.
